Wearing a thick elasticated activation band around your thighs for this class – you will fire up your glutes, core and leg muscles instantly, achieving fantastic results of improved strength, endurance and power!
Activation Band HiiT
A fab fun sweaty class boxing and skipping your way to tip top fitness using pads and gloves. A great stress busting class! (Please remove all jewellery. Not suitable for pregnant women).
Boxercise
My own concept bringing the ultimate mix and variety of exercises and equipment all in one class. We’ll go through 4 themes per class with 5 exercises on each theme, e.g. legs, boxing, core and cardio. Always something different each class!
Fit Mix
A resistance based workout using your body weight & small equipment (dumbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, minibands, medicine balls) to increase your strength, muscle tone & bone density and boost your metabolism, increasing your fat burning efficiency!
Lift Lean Strength
My unique teaching style will help you strengthen your body, improve your flexibility, balance & co-ordination, reduce your back pain, move more easily & reduce stress.
Pilates
Does exactly what it says on the tin! A variety of cardiovascular & resistance based exercises with a full body approach, leaving you feeling energised, stronger & fitter.
